Does animal experience at the heart of things appear throughout the galaxies? Are we distributed among the filamentary strands of the expanding universe? Are the plants aware of us as we are aware of them? Is our awareness of the plants a reflection of their awareness of us? Is existence itself – existence within the continuum – a concatenation of space, time, and mind in different states? Can science alone fulfill the desire to perceive the nature of our lives? Does the incomplete nature of objective knowledge require each of us to launch a perilous inner journey to complete the picture?
I like that this poem talks from the heart, by using nature and science. this poem looks at both side and does not try to inform the reader which one is right nature or science.
